This is a fraud! Missing items and zero way to contact anyone for help. The robot chat is useless, giving generic responses and no actual resolution. Company cannot be reached by phone. I have sent several emails and “robot chat” attempts and the email I received back stated the are “overwhelmed” by their sale and keeping up during the current state. I received another email today saying it has been a few days and they hope my problem was solved. How can they solve a problem they never even attempted to solve? It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered the swimsuit and now 10 days of useless emails and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and hope for a refund for the nonexistent product! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The product was everything I expected. It was easy to order, there was quick delivery, and it fit according to the sizing chart.

Great fitting bras!

The customer service is great they do what they can to please the customer and are very quick about getting your order right. I tried a couple different bras and the only issue I had with the bras is they didn't fit right. I think the sizes are smaller then what I usually take. I also ordered support panty and they fit great.

The idea that women need one more thing to make them desirable is unnerving however I'm glad that I found Shapermint to help out with this. Comfortable for all day wear. Alittle bit of a task to put on but nothing one can't manage. Only problems I've encountered personally is that I tend to develop some serious heart burn if I wear mine all day. Guess having all those organs smooshed up makes digestion alittle tedious. Other issue and maybe others have found the same thing, I have no cleavage when wearing my shaper. My ladies are smashed down and leave nothing to the imagination in that dept. Maybe I need a different style or size but everywhere else fits right on. Def would recc Shapermint to any woman looking to fight those little flaws that seem persistent.

I believe that they have some good items but I have not had a good experience with them and choose not to buy from them again. I have had three experiences where the purchased items did not work and had horrible experiences dealing with the Shapermint Gals customer service. Twice, I was told that a refund would be processed once they received my items back. The refunds weren’t processed and I had to actually deal with the customer service again in order to get my money. I have had them recommend items based on what I told them that I wanted only to have them send another item that had the same issue as the first item. Overall, I would like to try some different items from them but the stressful customer service has caused me to write them off.

The bra was comfortable but did not offer much support. I wish it closed in the front.

I've bought twice & have problems with the bra hooks hurting my back. The shaper is good. Never got the 20% coupon after 1st time due to weird survey.

Love them, very comfortable. Wish the pockets were bigger. My phone won't fit in them.

I love all my purchases, now that I’ve put on so much weight due to menopause and getting a hip replacement, these new bras and leggings have helped me feel better about my body. They are comfortable and provide me with great support, I have much more confidence, till I get my body back in shape❣️THANK YOU‼️
